This Policy applies to all users of www.fanflaire.com

(the "Site"), including those who upload, publish, or share content.

1. Copyright Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the content, or

  • You have legal permission or a valid licence to publish it

You also agree that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademarks, or publicity rights.

FanFlaire does not monitor or pre-screen content for copyright violations, but may take action if notified.

2. Prohibited Activity

It is strictly prohibited to upload, share, or distribute content that:

  • Infringes on the copyright of others

  • Contains stolen or pirated material

  • Includes content copied without authorisation

Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws may have their accounts suspended or terminated, at FanFlaire’s discretion.

  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate

  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

  7. Your electronic or physical signature

Incomplete notices may be rejected.

  • Notify the user whose content was removed

We may choose not to disclose the identity of the complainant, except as required by law.

FanFlaire may restore the content if a valid counter-notice is received.

6. Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content was removed due to an infringement claim, and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

FanFlaire may, at its discretion:

  • Warn users who receive multiple notices

  • Limit access to platform features

We take misuse of this process seriously.
