Content Ownership and Licensing

Creators retain full ownership of the content they upload.

By uploading content, you grant FanFlaire a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• Host, display, and distribute your content

• Promote the Site and its services

• Make content available to paying subscribers or purchasers

You warrant that you have full rights to upload and monetise any content you submit.

This licence ends when the content is removed from the Site, except:

• Content already distributed to users

• Backups stored for legal, technical, or security purposes

Prohibited Content and Behaviour

Payouts

Payouts are processed upon request and may take up to 10 business days.

Creators are responsible for providing accurate and valid payment information. Failure to do so may delay or prevent payouts.

We may delay or withhold payments if:

• Account verification is incomplete

• Required legal or tax information is missing

Fees and Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change fees, pricing models, or payout processes at any time.

Any changes will apply moving forward and will not affect revenue already earned by creators.

User Responsibilities
